Director of horror blockbusters “Sinister” and “The Exorcism of Emily Rose”, Scrott Derickson is showcasing a unique plot in his upcoming movie “Deliver us from Evil”.
The story is about a New York cop, who is approached by a rebel priest to investigate a case which he suspects of demonic involvement. On taking up the case, the cop and his family begin to get terrorized by supernatural powers.
Produced by doyen of Hollywood Jerry Bruckheimer (Pirates of the Caribbean and National Treasure franchises), the movie features “Star Trek” star Eric Bana in the lead role.
The film hits the screens in June 2014.
