She had Raaz 3D in 2012 and Aatma in 2013 and in coming July 2014, her monster horror Creature 3D is set to release. The figures are clear, Bollywood hottie Bipasha Basu has at least one horror film released every year from the last three years. And the pattern will not stop in 2015, as she has signed one more horror film, which is expected to release in 2015.
Times of India has reported that the muhurat of her latest horror flick took place last week and the film presently titled Alone is being produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak and directed by Bhushan Patel (Ragini MMS 2, 1920 Evil returns). Bipasha herself gave the clap for the first shot of the film in which popular TV actor Karan Singh Grover will make his debut.
The film is based on the Thai film of the same title wherein the director duo of smash hits Shutter, Banjong Pisanthanakun and Parkpoom Wongpoom have helmed it. The supernatural horror film tells the story of twin sisters who are attached to each other by stomach from birth. While one sister is sweet and soft, the other is arrogant. They operate to get separated from each other when a conflict arises between about a boy who actually likes the soft and sweet sister. In the separation process one sister dies, only to return to haunt the other twin and her love interest. The film was a critical and commercial success in the international market.
The character of the twin sisters is quite interesting and Bipasha Basu must be very happy about getting a chance to show various sides of emotions and trauma in the film.
